About AFRDS
The Association of Fund-Raising Distributors & Suppliers (AFRDS) is an international association devoted exclusively to the product fundraising industry. AFRDS is dedicated to promoting professionalism and integrity in product fundraising. Members ascribe to an industry Code of Ethics and Standards for Professional Practice. Members also participate annually in AFRDS workshops and seminars to stay current on the latest products, programs, innovations and techniques.
AFRDS Members
Members of the association manufacture, supply and/or distribute products that are re-sold by not-for-profit organizations for fundraising purposes. Here's a look at the different types of members in the association:
Companies that market and distribute products to not-for-profit organizations which re-sell the products for fundraising purposes are considered distributors.
Suppliers
Companies that produce, manufacture, import, broker or otherwise supply products or services for sale on a wholesale basis to distributors in the industry are considered suppliers.
Affiliates
Companies that provide ancillary services to the industry, such as consultants, graphic artists, printers and publishers are considered affiliates.
